Background of the issue:
Some users are unable to see the pending translations in the translation queue, while others can use the queue normally. When inspecting the page we can see the TypeError: Failed to construct URL. Caché has been cleared and SG caché has been purged. The site in question is hidden link.

Symptoms:
TypeError: Failed to construct URL.

Questions:
Why are some users unable to see the pending translations in the translation queue?
Are there any specific settings in WPML that need to be adjusted to resolve this issue?
How to make the translation queue display all the pending translation for all the users?
