I chose to just delete your entire software. It does not work well and is full of bugs and workarounds. Not sure how you ever got to be the most popular translation plugin, quality is absolutely terrible. Total waste of money.
now i am trying to delete the language pages as shown in the guide you send (step 1) and first try it lands on an error, second time it is running for 5 minutes to delete one language and it still didnt stop.
I want you to complete remove all this nonsense from my website. Do you know how much we have spent on this plugin? I am not talking about credits but about developer hours? And now I want to delete it and it does not work.
You can login to my website and you need to complete delete every single part of this plugin, translations, and any parts of codes left in the DB. Should you leave us here with a broken website where we can not uninstall the plugin or pages I will escalate this to our legal department and compensation will be demanded.
Do not respond with another generic answer or some links to guides. Delete this junk from our website and database and let us know when it's clean.
