This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client was unable to see the added fields from the Checkout Field Editor for WooCommerce in the WPML string translation.
Solution:
We recommended the following steps to resolve the issue:
1. Navigate to WPML->String Translation-> Auto register strings for translation and enable "Look for strings while pages are rendered".
2. Visit the checkout form and reload the page.
3. Return to WPML->String Translation to find the newly registered strings under the domain of woo-checkout-field-editor-pro.

If this solution does not resolve your issue, or if it seems outdated or irrelevant to your case, we highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If the problem persists, please open a new support ticket at WPML support forum.

Hi! I used the Checkout Field Editor for WooCommerce plugin.

I already followed this documentation: https://wpml.org/forums/topic/checkout-field-editor-for-woocommerce-with-wpml/

However, my added fields still don't appear in the string translation. Can you help me locate the missing texts?

I would like to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site to test the issue.
(preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible)

**Before we proceed It is necessary to take FULL BACKUP of your database and your website. Providing us with access, you agree that a backup has been taken **

I often use the Duplicator plugin for this purpose: http://wordpress.org/plugins/duplicator/
You will find the needed fields for this below the comment area when you log in to leave your next reply.
The information you enter is private which means only you and I have access to it.

NOTE: If access to the live site is not possible and the staging site does not exist please provide me with a duplicator package created with the duplicator plugin.

Thank you,
Bobby

Hi there,

I was able to register the strings doing the following:

1. Go to WPML->String Translation-> Auto register strings for translation -> enable " Look for strings while pages are rendered".

2. Visit the checkout form and re-load

3. Go back to WPML->String Translation and you can see the strings under the domain of woo-checkout-field-editor-pro

I did a test with the allergies field and it seems to work as expected. "الحساسية والقيود الغذائية"

Hi! Thank you so much for the help. However, is it normal that there are certain fields that are still "Translation in progress" after a couple of days even though it's just one word?

Are you sending the strings for automatic translation?

If possible, please share a screenshot of what you see with me.

When I go to WPML->Translation Management I can see there are 7 translations pending review.

Also, when checking for translations in progress I am not seeing any at the moment.

Hi! Most of the texts are now translated in arabic and chinese language except for "CVV" in woocommerce checkout field editor.

Other than that, Would it be possible to shorten the texts for the language switcher?
Example:

Arabic = AR
English = EN
Simplified Chinese = ZH

Output: AR / ZH / EN

Also, I would like to add the translation for this page:

Whereas the form labels are not translated because it is not registered as strings and cannot be found in string translation.

For this page, I am using MW WP Form Plugin. Would it be possible for WPML to read these labels as strings? What should I do with it?
