This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem:
The client reported that the translated text module is not displayed correctly. Instead of showing the translated content, the English original appears in two different languages, even though the translation has been completed in the Advanced Translation Editor (ATE).
Solution:
We requested temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to the client's site, preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated, to better understand and resolve the issue. This access helps us to directly investigate and troubleshoot the problem.
If you're experiencing a similar issue, we recommend checking if the translations are properly saved and published in ATE. Additionally, ensure that there are no caching mechanisms interfering with the display of translated content. If the problem persists, please provide us with temporary access to your site for further assistance.
Please note that this solution might be outdated or not applicable to your specific case. We highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If these steps do not resolve your issue, do not hesitate to open a new support ticket at our support forum.
