Background of the issue:
I am trying to translate a Wolmart template called 'Menu Beauty & Personal Care Banner' on my site hidden link. This template uses Elementor’s Icon List widget. I reviewed WPML documentation about wpml-config.xml for Elementor widgets and custom fields translation. I tried creating a custom config for `wolmart_widget_iconlist` and set `_elementor_data` to Translate. I also used WPML → Support → Troubleshooting tools (cancel jobs, synchronize job IDs, set language info).

Symptoms:
The heading text translates fine, but the Icon List items do not appear in WPML’s Advanced Translation Editor. When I send this template for translation, the job gets stuck in 'In progress' and never completes.

Questions:
How can I make the Icon List items translatable?
How can I fix the stuck translation job?
What is the correct procedure to translate Wolmart templates with Icon Lists in the future?

Hi,

Thank you for contacting WPML Support. Could you please try to follow the below procedure and let me know how it goes:

1. Open the default language page in Edit mode.
2. Make a small change, for example, add a space or + sign in the page title.
3. Save the page.
4. Now, please remove that small change that did in step #2.
5. Update the page again.
6. Now, please try to open the translated page in WPML Translation Editor and see if the page content is available for translation.

If the iconlist items are still not available in WPML Translation Editor for translation then you may need to register that element by following this doc: https://wpml.org/documentation/support/multilingual-tools/registering-custom-elementor-widgets-for-translation/

Please let me know if this resolves the issue or if you need further assistance with this issue.

Thank you
