[Resolved] WPML is not translating LearnPress pages.

This is the technical support forum for WPML - the multilingual WordPress plugin.

Everyone can read, but only WPML clients can post here. WPML team is replying on the forum 6 days per week, 22 hours per day.

WPML is not translating LearnPress pages. I translated courses pages that are working fine but profile page is not working says 'This LP Profile shortcode is only used on the Profile page.' but i have already set the pages under settings. I just checked one page that is profile one, I am also having issues on other pages like instructor, etc.
I have added screenshots for profile page. Please take a look and let me know how this can be resolved.

Please try the following steps to atempt to resolve the issue:
1. Go to Settings → Permalinks and click Save Changes to resave the permalinks.
2. If the issue persists, temporarily change the Language URL format to “Different languages in directories” under
WPML → Languages → Language URL format, and test again.
3. Make the Profile page slug the same across languages (for example, /profile/ for all languages), and check the problem again.

Before making any changes, please make sure to create a full backup of your database.

Thank you for you help.
I changed the URL format under WPML > Languages, and it solved the issue.
