WPML will not work after site update

pamelaC-4	Background of the issue: I am trying to update the translations on our page workersolidarity.ca/complaint and it will not work. I think that this is occurring as we used a staging site recently to make updates to our live site. I also can't figure out how to translate a Ninja Form on that page. Symptoms: Repeatedly shows an Error page when trying to update translations. Questions: How can I resolve the error page issue when updating translations on workersolidarity.ca/complaint? How do I translate a Ninja Form on the page workersolidarity.ca/complaint?
