Hello Kor,

We are getting same issue again with new Job ID that is: 1179177

You have fixed this issue at your end on July 5, 2022. And now we are getting the same issue again. Here is the link: hidden link

URL with job ID 1179177 returning the following error response:

Please let me the root cause in the detail of the issue and fix it permanently as soon as possible.

Why we are getting the same issue again and again. My Manager is asking me every-time regarding this issue and its root cause. If there is any issue at my end please tell me so that I can fix that thing on my side. This is getting frustrating. It is happening with every new job id.
Isn't there a one-time solution?

Hi,

Sorry for any inconveniences, this is Ahmed Ibrahim from the tp integration team and I will help you with this issue.

As I can see here that TP isn't able to get the translated file from the service at the first time so we run a batch to re-download the file and it works the second time.

It is weird why this happened, and as I can see that this job has been created on 2022-05-20

So in order to collect some data please resend the post in job 1212039 again for translation and ask Lilt to re-translate using translation memory after they complete it let me know and I will try to download the translation myself to track the issue from the beginning and see if I what is causing it.

Hi, and sorry for any inconvenience.

The thing is that I can't replicate this with a clean installation, I tries many times and everything works as expected when sending jobs to lilt.

So for now I'm trying to track the logs to collect data about any infected jobs to repair them

I have already repaired some including the last one reported.

For now, It is hard for me to know what happened to the old jobs, I spend a lot of time checking the logs and from what I can see that there was an issue with the translated XLIFF files related to the source and target languages but it doesn't appear anymore as when I redownload to the hub server now it works.

So as I can't replicate it in my installation, I want to resend a new job from your live site and see if this issue will be replicated or not, so can you please do this, and I will arrange the rest with the Lilt team.

We have sent a fresh post to LILT service for translation and inform to LILT support person to take this job on prioritize.

They will inform to us and you via email once they will complete the translation process and I will also inform you through ticket.
