Background of the issue:
I am using a 'Global Section', which is an 'App download call for action', built by the gem theme template. This global section is used in many other pages and templates. Since this Global Section has multi-language requests, I used WPML to translate them. I set the corresponding template ID in different languages so it shows the corresponding language's global section.

Symptoms:
Whenever I make changes in content on those pages and try to update the translation, the global section is overwritten with the default English again, requiring me to set the template ID for each language again.

Questions:
Can I set this specific global section to be 'Copy Once' only, while other elements on the page are copied as usual?
