[Closed] A translation job doesn't change to complete

Background of the issue:
I am trying to complete two translation jobs using WPML.

Symptoms:
The translation jobs do not change their status to 'Complete' and remain 'In Progress'.

Questions:
Why are the translation jobs not changing to 'Complete'?
How can I resolve the issue of translation jobs remaining 'In Progress'?

Hello,

I see you are trying to translate strings from WPML > String Translation.

Such translations contain packages of strings. It can occur that you are not able to complete jobs if one or more of the strings that are part of this job have been removed from the site.

Please try to cancel these jobs at WPML > Translation Management > Jobs.
