Problem:
The client wants to be redirected to the home page when switching languages using the "custom language switcher". Additionally, the client is looking for a way to redirect only specific pages to the home page, such as the search results page.
Solution:
We explained that the current functionality to redirect to the home page when switching languages is only available if the original content does not have translations. This can be set in WPML > Settings > Language switcher options. Unfortunately, we do not have the functionality to redirect only specific pages to the home page when switching languages.
