<b>Background of the issue: </b>
I am trying to translate pages with the same paragraph markup (structure) as the original.
<b>Symptoms: </b>
In WYSIWYG field, translated pages are adding breaks (br) after every sentence. Edit: Just noticed its also on standard blog posts, who are also using WYSIWYG Editor.
<b>Questions: </b>
Why are breaks being added after every sentence in the WYSIWYG field on translated pages?
How can I ensure the translated pages have the same markup as the original?
Thanks for contacting WPML forums support. I'll be glad to help you today.
Please log in to this hidden link">sandbox site and import your field group. After that, please create a test page and translate it to replicate the issue.
If the issue is replicable, please let me know to consult our 2nd tier support team.
Please create a new test page on your site and share its URL.
Also, I would need to look closely at your site, so I would need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated.
Your answer will be private, meaning only you and I can access it.
❌ Please backup your database and website ❌
✙ I need your permission to deactivate and reactivate the plugins and themes and change site configurations. This is also why the backup is critical.
✙ I also need your permission to take a local copy of your site to debug the issue without affecting your live site.
can you elaborate what excactly you did? we are using auto translate, so we never face the advanced translation editor. our translation settings are attached.
PS: i started a manual translation to access the advanced translation editor setting, changed the said setting, switched to auto again and retranslated. did not changed anything. (see screenshot attached)
i can give you login to a copy of this page if you like.
please have a look at my previous post. i already tried it, but did not work. do you want to have a look at the copy site? if so, how can i give you (private) access?

sorry, i forgot to mention that this block you translated was changed after i made this thread. so this block does not have the WYSIWYG editor anymore, i switched it to textarea.
but i copied the blocks in question on the page you created. its called "iconbox" and still uses the WYSIWYG editor. can you test again?
