Background of the issue:
I am trying to translate ACF content repeater fields on my site hidden link, which is set up to use multi-domains and be translated into German, Hong Kong (Traditional Chinese), and Japanese. I have created a product and set it to be translated into Traditional Chinese.
Symptoms:
The translation is being applied to most of the product page, but it is not being applied to some of my Advanced Custom Fields repeater fields, and they are still showing as English on the Hong Kong site. When I select Hong Kong, the translation panel appears, but the ACF repeater sections are not showing to be translated. The fields have a lock icon set to them.
Questions:
What settings do I need to change to make these ACF repeatable fields translatable?

While waiting for one of my colleagues to help with this ticket, and based on your screenshots, allow me to walk you through some initial debugging steps.
I can see that the repeater field "compare_repeater" is set as "Translate". However, in our guide, the recommended translation preference for this type of fields should be "Copy". And then, the subfields inside that repeater can be "translatable".
