ACF Field Group Translation Options Not Working

barrettL	Background of the issue: I am trying to make an ACF field group translatable using WPML. I have changed the settings on an ACF field group to make it translatable. Here is a link to a video showing what I am trying to do: hidden link. Symptoms: I cannot change the options on the fields themselves. On the WPML Settings page, I expected the radio buttons to be editable, but I cannot make the change. Questions: Why can't I change the options on the ACF fields? How can I make the radio buttons editable on the WPML Settings page?

Background of the issue:
