Adjust IDs for multilingual functionality and reponsive mega menus

Problem:
The client needs a responsive menu plugin that works without the 'Adjust IDs for multilingual functionality' option enabled, as it affects performance. The client's current plugin, Max Mega Menu, requires this option, and another suggested plugin, Responsive Menu, also needs it according to its manual.
Solution:
We recommend testing the following WPML-compatible responsive menu plugins in your setup to see if they can operate without the 'Adjust IDs for multilingual functionality' option:

I checked for other responsive plugins.
