Background of the issue:
I am trying to save the translation in English.

Symptoms:
When saved, the translations should be there, the same as other languages. Instead, it disappears after saving, showing the + sign for the specific language again.

Questions:
Why does the translation disappear after saving?
How can I ensure the translation is saved correctly?
