In your documentation(https://wpml.org/documentation/related-projects/creating-multilingual-forms-using-wpforms-and-wpml/#using-translated-forms-in-pages), I followed the steps and finished the step "Translating a form using WPML’s Advanced Translation Editor".
Then I went to Translation Management and saw the form "Puja and Prayer Requests" has been completed translating into four languages(see attached Pic 1). And then? In your documentation, you didn't mention the next step, you just said "That’s it, your form is now translated and you can use it in posts and pages."
Then I tried three steps:
1) I went back to check my WP form, there is no change, in English interface, the form "Puja and Prayer Requests" is still remain the same, there is no form in other language added. (See Pic 2)
2) I changed into French interface, it shows I didn't create any form yet. (See Pic 3)
3) I inserted the form "Puja and Prayer Requests" into a French Page, and set up the language in French. However, the form still appeared the content in English.
Please let me know where is/how to insert the translated form, thank you!

Hi,

Thank you for contacting the support.

In the same guide, under "Using Translated Forms In Pages" (https://wpml.org/documentation/related-projects/creating-multilingual-forms-using-wpforms-and-wpml/#using-translated-forms-in-pages), it is mentioned that:

After creating and translating your form you can insert it into any page using the WPForms block. Then, simply make sure to translate that page as well.

As users visit the page in the secondary language, WPML will automatically display the form in the correct language.

If you've exactly done the same but still having the said issue, please provide the debug information of your website for an overview of your setup. See https://wpml.org/faq/provide-debug-information-faster-support/ for more information.

I've enabled the debug information section for your next reply.

Additionally you can also take a look at https://wpml.org/faq/checklist-before-opening-a-ticket-in-wpml-support/ and cross-check for a few initial fixes.

See https://wpml.org/purchase/support-policy/privacy-and-security-when-providing-debug-information-for-support/ for details on privacy and security.

Regards.

Thank you for your prompt reply, I am sure I followed your guide, after using WPML trasnlating the form into 4 languages, as in your description, "you can insert it into any page using the WPForms block". But I didn't see any WP forms in all of the languages interface except English!(English is the language when I create the original form). Please see attached 2 pictures, you will know in German and French interface, I can't see any form from WPform inside, therefore I was not able to insert any form.
On top of that, I found the system automatically translated the English page with the form into 4 language, the content has been translated, but the form is still in English:
English:hidden link
German:hidden link
French:hidden link
Italian:hidden link
Swedish: hidden link

Thank you for the updates.

I need to take a closer look at your site. So I request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP), preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated.

Your next answer will be private, to share this information safely.

Also provide detailed steps to reproduce the issue and links to pages in admin and on frontend.

IMPORTANT: Please take a complete backup of the site to avoid data loss. I may need to activate/deactivate plugins also.

See https://wpml.org/purchase/support-policy/privacy-and-security-when-providing-debug-information-for-support/ for details on privacy and security.

Hi Waqas Bin Hasan,
Thank you for your reply but I think it is not good to open the authorization to another person which we don't know. Therefore please close this ticket, I don't need WPML for WPform so often and I just do the translation manually for the form.
Thank you again for your great support.
