Tell us what you are trying to do?
I try to place a customized Breadcrumb in a post with "Crumber for Elementor" plugin.

But after saving the post the translation are lost. Page details are not translated. Category of the translation is lost.

Is there any documentation that you are following?
No

Is there a similar example that we can see?
Not at the moment. I fixed the problems of a few sites with translating by hand in Elementor. But I have a lot of pages to update. And this will be a big thing to translate them again.

What is the link to your site?
hidden link

Is an Example page. The bread crumb is in German. I do not touch it. Because I am afraid it damage the translation.

Hello Thomas,

Thank you for contacting the support.

I checked the page you mentioned and it looks translated. However, can you explain what exactly do you mean by losing the translations?

Apparently, the said plugin "Crumber for Elementor" isn't on our compatibility list (https://wpml.org/plugin/), so I can't be sure if there's a conflict by this plugin or coming from another one (including WPML).

Before proceeding further, may I ask you to try the following?

IMPORTANT: Take full backup of your website and database beforehand. It is highly advised to try the following on a staging/dev site first, so your live website isn't compromised.

- Update WordPress to the latest version.
- Deactivate all plugins except WPML, Elementor and "Crumber for Elementor" and check for the issue.
- Activate each plugin one-by-one, while keeping check on the issue after a plugin is activated. This way you'll be able to pinpoint a plugin having a conflict (or problem), if any.
- If the problem persists, repeat the above steps with a default theme of WordPress (i.e. 2021 or 2023).

Please let me know and I'll try my best to further help you on the matter.

Regards.
