Background of the issue:
I followed your instructions for the AI Translator, but when I want to do a translation, nothing happens. I am trying to use the WPML AI translation engine on my site hidden link.

Symptoms:
When I attempt to perform a translation using the AI Translator, nothing happens.

Questions:
Why is the AI Translator not working when I try to perform a translation?

Thanks for reaching us. I believe you're referring to the automatic translation. Could you please go through the instructions here https://wpml.org/documentation/automatic-translation/ and see if it helps?

Also, to help speed up the support process, I've enabled a private message for submitting the debug information for this support ticket. Please follow these initial debugging steps:
https://wpml.org/faq/provide-debug-information-faster-support/
In short:
- Go to "WPML > Support > Debug Information" (link)
- Copy the Debug Information from there.
- Find the private field I activated and paste that information.

Yes im reffering to this one and the language it want to translate are from german to english, french and spanish, they should all be supported...

Sorry, WPML AI currently supports translating content from English to German, Spanish, French, Portuguese, and Italian. But more will be added in the future. Stay tuned.
