We did what you said before. now the website is on mujeza.com but nothing the Arabic part is not working. the developer said that there is part related to wpml.
When I try to go to (hidden link), I can see a directory and files, which means that there is a folder in your server named "ar". (Kindly check this hidden link)
In order to fix this issue, you would need to rename the folder or change the language URL format in WPML-> Languages.

I changed the default language from : languages, Site Languages, change default language. the website is working well with some payment issues ( I want the default home page Arabic and users can switch to English ). the question here how to change the default home page language to Arabic and at the same time keep the dashboard in English language ?
Means: default home page for users = Arabic
dashboard for admins = English.

I would need to take a closer look at your site. So I would need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP)
– preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible –
in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed

3) It might not be related to the issue, but I've noticed that you have many plugins that need an update. It's better to always keep your active plugins up to date.
This is the default behavior, but you can change it from WPML-> Settings-> Posts and pages synchronization section. (Kindly check the attached screenshot)
