[Closed] Assigned translations don't get assigned to user with

Background of the issue:
I need to assign translations to my Chinese colleague to translate from EN (original) to Chinese. I have a 'Subscriber' user role set up (and the name of the user is 'China Team'). I initiate the translations WMPL > Translation Management > select item for translation > Add to Translation basket > Translation basket 3. select 'China Team' user > Send all items for translation.

Symptoms:
When I log in with China Team account, I go to WPML > Translations and the Translations Queue is empty. When I open the page also an error pops up 'Jobs could not be loaded'. I tried with all user roles and the only way this works is when China Team user has the 'Admin' role.

Questions:
Why are translations not appearing in the Translations Queue for the 'Subscriber' role?
How can I assign translations to a user with the 'Subscriber' role without giving them admin rights?
