If you're experiencing issues with the Advanced Translation Editor (ATE) not opening and encountering an error message stating 'This site can’t be reached' and 'e.ate.wpml.org took too long to respond', it might be due to a temporary issue that we have recently resolved.
Solution:
We recommend you try the following steps to resolve the issue:
1. Make a small change to the page (for example, add or remove a word).
2. Update the page.
3. Try accessing the Translation Editor again.
If this solution does not resolve your issue or seems irrelevant due to it being outdated or not applicable to your case, we highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins.
