[Resolved] ATE shows email valdation error even when all admins / translators have a valid email
This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem: If you're experiencing issues where some users do not have access to the Advanced Translation Editor (ATE), it might be because these users were created manually and do not have an email address in their profiles. Solution: First, navigate to WPML > Translation Management > Translators. Check if there is a user registered as a translator who does not have an email address in their profile. If such a user exists, you have two options: 1. Add an email address to the user's profile. 2. Remove the user from the list of translators.
Please note that the solution provided here might be irrelevant if it's outdated or not applicable to your case. We highly recommend checking the related known issues, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If the issue persists, please open a new support ticket with us.

As the database of your website is very big the migration process is still taking time.
In case you will be able to provide access to a staging site in the meantime, on which I can run a test by deactivating plugins, switching the theme, and debugging without affecting the live site, then please let me know.
The private reply form is enabled again so that you can provide me access to such a staging site.

Hello,
My apologies, but due to the size of your database the migration process ran overnight and sadly failed after all.
Please allow me again admin access to your site so that I can try to create a new migration package or even better access to a staging site, on which I can run a test by deactivating plugins, switching the theme, and debugging without affecting the live site.
Take note, that WPML must be registered on such site.
The private reply form is enabled again so that you can send me access to the staging site or resubmit access to the live site if you are not able to create a staging site.

On WPML > Translation Management > Translator is a user called "임에바" registered as a translator and this user does not have an e-mail address in the profile.
This should be the reason why you are receiving the error.
Add an e-mail for this user or remove the user as a translator.
