This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem: The client was unable to use the automatic translation feature in WPML due to incorrect account type and subsequent errors after reinstallation, including authentication errors and missing translation options. Solution: 1. We recommended increasing the WordPress memory limit to at least 128MB, ideally 256MB, by adding the following code to the wp-config.php file:
2. We advised generating a new key for the domain via WPML account sites, unregistering the old key, and re-registering WPML with the new key. 3. After addressing these issues, the automatic translation feature began to function correctly.
If this solution does not resolve your issue or seems outdated, we recommend opening a new support ticket. Oh okey so I went to settings, and change the method of translation to automatic translation and I think is working now. I'll give it a few minutes to check
hello mihai! how are you?
The automatic translation worked! So thats a great progress. But now one of the pages is not translating. No matter how many times I publish it, it still shows in spanish in the english version. Is the only thing that is not working but is the homepage so its quite important. Why is this happening?
Thank you.
Hello mihai! How are you?? Yes! Everything is working fine now. I manually aproved each of the automatic translations and it worked. Thanks for your help.
I have one last question though. My client has already payed a blog plan, the one that doesnt include the automatic translation, but she wont use it. Can I transfer the automatic renewal to her account with out her having to pay again the 40 euros?
Thank you

Hello mihai! how are you?
Let me know if you can give an update about this issue please.
And one more thing, for some reason, in my pop ups, all of words are divided into different sections, as if each word was a different text group. Is there a way to solve this ? or maybe to replease just the first word with a whole new text and leave the rest of the words with an empty translation?
Thank you very much
Sorry for the delay, it has been a pretty busy period in the queue.
Regarding the news issues or questions that you mentioned in the last replies, please note that, per our Support Policy, we can handle only one issue per ticket.
Continuing with one issue per ticket helps not only supporters to focus on one issue at once, but also enables other users to find solutions to their questions faster.
So can you please open a new ticket for any new issue that you encounter (one ticket per issue) so that we can properly focus and tackle each of them?
Thank you very much for your understanding and cooperation.
PS - I am creating a ticket for you for this request:
My client has already payed a blog plan, the one that doesnt include the automatic translation, but she wont use it. Can I transfer the automatic renewal to her account with out her having to pay again the 40 euros?
But please open a new ticket for the very latest issue that you mentioned (divided words in pop-ups) because that might need depeer investigation and I will get on a vacation soon.
Also, can you please mark this current ticket as resolved?
