Background of the issue:
I am trying to use more pay-as-per-use for automatic translation, but the system indicates a problem with credit. I need additional information and support to resolve this issue. The issue can be seen at: hidden link.

Symptoms:
I expected to see the possibility to translate products. Instead, I received a "No more credit for automatic translation" message, but I am not using pre-paid credit.

Questions:
Why am I receiving a 'No more credit for automatic translation' message?
How can I resolve the credit issue to continue using pay-as-per-use for automatic translation?
