We've identified the issue, but before applying a fix on our server side, could you confirm whether the domain hidden link was the one you used prior to migrating to hidden link?
Thanks for your reply. I've fixed the issue on our server side, and Automatic Translation will work again. I've tested it and I'm able to translate this post "Smarter Lifting, Safer Work — A Logistics Upgrade at Dagab" into two languages without issues.
Okay, thanks. What about the existing translation charged for hidden link, as translation jobs weren't successful and I have to delete them following support articles. Now, jobs aren't there in dashboard, and translations have been charged. Is there any workaround for this?
I've linked your domain hidden link with hidden link, so they should now share the same translation memory. Could you let me know which posts or pages appear untranslated on your end? I’ll double-check the translation memory for those.
Hi, I used the select all option for translation, for two languages as shown in the snapshot. As far as I remember max cap wasn't occurred, but translations got stuck. It charged me when I removed the payment method and added again pay-as-you-go. Then, I tried with two posts, from where you took on.
Thanks for your reply. Are you seeing any errors when attempting to run the automatic translation? I’ve checked your translation jobs and didn’t find any that are pending or stuck. hidden link
Additionally, I don’t see any charges from yesterday or today in the invoice section, as shown in the attached screenshot. hidden link
I am talking about the charges incurred before you resolved the issue. I have been charged for Euro 125 (100+25), for the translations which didn't happen. They were stuck. Those charges were incurred to marco.wdemo.se. As shown in the snapshot. The same is available in my invoices and usage history.
However, before my account showed marco.wdemo.se, now it shows marcolift.com.
Thanks for your reply. I've checked our translation server and I can see that you've triggered lots of Automatic translations on 2025-06-03, around 230 pages. These translations are saved in the translation memory and should exist on your website. Are you saying that you're not getting any of the translations? Let me know if you want me to list the detailed translated pages URL for you.
Yes, but those were never completed. Also, when I am now translating pages, its charging me again. If you can provide the list, I'll compare, as well as, you can counter check that these pages aren't translated. Waiting for the list.
I think I got the issue, but yet another translations job is stuck.
1. The translations were done by deepL engine previously, but as I am currently using google engine, that's why cost incurred, that perfectly fine.
2. I switched to deepL engine, just to check, initiated translations, and translations got stuck again.
3. Then, I again switched back to google engine, initiated translations, a few translations are done like 18 translations done, rest are stuck with existing ones.
Note: I need a solid solution, where translations don't get stuck. I need whole site translated for Polish and Spanish, using automatic translations, via DeepL (preferred) otherwise Google. I have to deliver it tonight.
Thanks for your reply. I've checked and I cannot see any translations that are stuck as shown in the attached screenshot. Maybe it just needs some time to process? Could you retry?
Hi, thanks, whole site is translated and cost is incurred again. The client got angry, but told me to let go of wait and finish the job.
However, its unfortunate to have client pay twice.
Now, only 1 job is remaining, don't know why its taking too long. If you can look at it.
Thanks for your services.
