We have an issue with teh automatic translations. That keeps hangig for days and nothing happens. Beside that we see in our network that this keeps loading and really slowing down our admin. Why are these jobs not processing?

We have mentioned this before. Debug information is correct.

Thank you for contacting WPML support, I'd be happy to help you with this issue.

If the translation takes a long time to translate, there should be an issue that causes the translation stuck.

Please try to enable a minimal environment as below, re-translate the page and see if it helps.
- Deactivate all non-WPML plugins
- Switch to a standard theme of WordPress
❌ IMPORTANT: Please backup your database and website before proceeding ❌

If it persists, you can go to WPML > Support > Advanced Translation Editor > Share some screenshots of the recent error logs with me.

HI Long,

As you can see in our screenshot there are 2 translations keeping processing. Unfortunattely there is no way to detect which posts/objects these two are to delete/cancel these jobs. If we look in our network WPML keeps loading over again and really slow down the entire admin.

Also they say there are 4 jobs waiting for approval. If we click on the lick there are no jobs.

I would like to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site to take a better look at the issue. It would be better to have a testing site where the issue is replicated. Your next reply is set to private to share the info.

You can use this plugin to create the backup: https://wordpress.org/plugins/duplicator/
✙ I would need your permission to de-activate and re-activate Plugins and the Theme to change configurations on the site if needed. This is also a reason the backup is critical.

Hi,

I've fixed those issues on your site:
- Go to WPML > Support > Troubleshooting > Click on "Cancel in-progress automatic jobs" to cancel the stuck jobs.
- Go to WPML > Translations > Approve Pending review jobs, please check this screenshot hidden link

Thank you. Good to know where we can cancel these jobs!
