[Resolved] automatic translations queue blocked

Background of the issue:
I'm trying to translate the body part of 2 DIVI template builder templates on my site hidden link. I've followed the instructions found on both WPML and ELEGANTTHEMES websites to translate the Divi theme builder templates.

Symptoms:
The translations remain in a 'waiting for translation' status despite having enough credits for automatic translation.

Questions:
Can you help me fix the issue of translations being stuck in 'waiting for translation' status?
