This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
You are using WPML's 'Automatic Translation' feature to translate a page with a complex hierarchy of ACF clone fields set to 'copy only'. Despite this setting, fields such as padding top, padding bottom, and bg are being translated, which should not occur and is causing the site's layout to break.
Solution:
We recommend ensuring that each field name used in your ACF fields is unique. Using the same field name more than once can lead to issues where field values are incorrectly handled in the WPML Translation Editor. You can achieve uniqueness by adding a prefix to your field names, such as the group name. For more detailed guidance, please refer to our documentation on translating sites built with ACF.

If this solution does not resolve your issue or seems irrelevant due to being outdated or not applicable to your case, we highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. Should you need further assistance, please do not hesitate to open a new support ticket at our support forum.

It looks like the choice values are still being sent to translation.

I will try to recreate this issue on a test site and then get back to you.

As per your previous suggestion, I've managed to remedy that using the glossary so i guess that's fine for now.

My next major concern is the link field texts inside the repeater. Those aren't translating at all even after setting it to translate.

Are you referring to the CTA's?

Those links appear in the translation editor and you will need to translate these links in this case.

Take note, that you would not need to translate internal links if those link fields were set to "Copy".

Also, take note that I credited 166 credits to your site since we deleted the translation memory, and the translations needed to be redone inside the translation editor. I completed the translation of the Homepage again now.

I really appreciate your help—I know you’re juggling a lot right now! I just wanted to follow up because this is the second time I’m sending a screenshot about the link fields inside a repeater that are not being translated.

I feel like we might be going in circles a bit, and I just want to make sure we’re on the same page. Every time we chat about this, it seems like we’re starting fresh, so I just want to check—has the issue been fully understood, or is there anything else you need from me to help move things along?

Affected blocks are
1. Content Products Carousel
2. Content Click Drag Carousel

Thank you!

It is simply that we handle a high amount of tickets per day which means there is not always time to read through the whole ticket again and searching for a matching group, post, or page between many possibilities simply takes too long.

It helps us a lot in getting a short and detailed description of where the issue occurs. Thank you for that 🙂

The issue here could be related to the fact that you use the same field name more than once. Each field name should be unique. If this is not the case it may happen that field values will not appear on the WPML Translation Editor.

Could you please give this a test, but for example give your field names a unique prefix (for example the group name)?
