Hello There, I understand what you're looking for. Let me address each point one by one. - Image Meta Data Translation: When translating a page or post that contains images, the image metadata should also appear in the translation editor for translation. To ensure this happens, please follow the steps below: 1. Go to "WPML > Settings" and scroll to 'Media Translation'. - Inquiry Form Translation: If translation support is added for the form, you should be able to translate it through String Translation. Please follow the instructions provided in the documentation below and check if that helps in translating the form: -- hidden link Please try and let me know how it goes. I'll be happy to help if you need further assistance in this matter. Best regards, |

Hello Alain, If the captions and alt-image data in the Photos section do not show in the Translation editor, it may be because the Gallery module used in that section doesn't have WPML support. However, we are currently aware of an issue where the content within the sync template wrapper does not appear correctly for translation. Please check hidden link">this screenshot for a better understanding. If the gallery module is added in a Sync template, I suggest recreating the section using an ordinary wrapper without sync. Once done, try to translate the page again. If the issue continues, it will be necessary to determine whether it is specific to your site or a broader issue. Please check if you can replicate the issue on our sandbox site. The autologin link to our sandbox is given below. - hidden link WPML and the necessary add-ons are pre-installed on the sandbox (you only need to complete the setup). After that install the theme and any plugins needed to recreate the issue. After setting up the theme and plugin, try to replicate the issue. If you're able to successfully replicate the issue in the sandbox, please let me knnow. I will then inspect the issue more closely and, if required, escalate it to our second-tier support for further analysis. Looking forward to your response and appreciate your patience and cooperation in this matter. Best regards, |

Oups sorry, I wrote to you too quickly, I found the way to "put back" the translation editor on a tour!! But still the problem with the pictures and I don't see the "sync wrapper" so I guess it is not the case!! I will need time to do what you asked and I'm crazy busy these days, so I will do it at the end of the week, I'll let you know, but it works on some pages and not on others !! Cordially Alain |

Hello Alain, I'm glad that you've found the solution to the other issue! For the image meta issue in the other language, it would be best to follow the suggested method first. If the issue persists, you’ll need to replicate it in the sandbox environment so that we can perform the necessary debugging. Please give it a try and let me know when you have an update. I’ll be more than happy to help you in resolving this issue. Looking forward to your response and appreciate your cooperation in this matter. Best regards, |

Hi There! A sandbox is an isolated environment where you can replicate the issue you're experiencing with a theme or plugin. It helps us determine whether the problem is specific to your site or a more general issue. In the sandbox I’ve shared, you’ll need to install the TravelTour Theme along with the plugins that come with it. Once installed, add some images with captions and the necessary data, create a page, and include the images on the page as you did on your main site. Then, translate the page and check if the issue persists in the sandbox environment. If so, just let me know and I will start investigating the issue. However, if you're still having trouble replicating the issue in the sandbox, please let me know too. I will take a closer look from your site and assist you further in this matter. Regarding the issue on the Arabic and French pages, upon closer inspection, it appears that a CSS script from the TravelTour theme is causing the problem. When I disable the script using the browser's developer tools, the translated version loads correctly, and the preloader no longer appears. Please refer to the attached screenshot for more details. If any CSS file optimization is enabled on your site, try disabling it to see if that resolves the issue. However, if the problem persists, it’s best to create a new ticket for this specific issue, as we’re only able to address one issue per thread to maintain clarity and organization in each thread. When creating the ticket, please provide as many details as possible. One of our supporters will review the ticket and assist you further. Let’s focus on resolving the media data issue you’ve encountered in the other language within this ticket. Please provide an update, and I’ll be happy to assist further. Best regards, |

Sorry for my late answer, all the things to do with the sandbox still seems unclear to me and very long to do : should I install all the plugins i have on my website? Also, I have another issue, this form on the right of the page of each tour with the price is originally written in French, and translated in all the other languages, why, if I open the page tour in French, it appears in English in all the pages tour, and that's not the case in the other languages. Thanks for your help, I can sort out nothing for the moment and feel I have more and more isues with wpml Cordially Alain |

Hello Alain, In the sandbox, you’ll need to install the theme and the plugins bundled with it. Since you’re using the Travel Tour theme, please install the following in the sandbox: - TravelTour Theme Additionally, install any other plugins from the Travel Tour theme that might be necessary to replicate the issue. The other issue you mentioned might also be related to compatibility. I suspect the Gallery and Form modules where you've noticed the issue might not have the WPML translation support, which could explain why they don't appear correctly in other languages. Please install the mentioned plugin and theme, then verify if the issue can be replicated in the sandbox so we can begin investigating. If you need help with any particular step, feel free to let me know. Regarding the picture I shared in my last response – since it was a full-screen screenshot, zooming in may have caused it to appear blurred. However, I've cropped the image and am now sharing the updated screenshot, highlighting the file that was causing the issue. Please check this screenshot: hidden link. I hope you’ll be able to see the problematic file clearly this time. Please let me know the update. I'll be happy to help if you need further assistance in this matter. Best regards, |
