Hello, I have created a test site trying to recreate the issue and it appears that the production option groups are not appearing on the WordPress-Editor when trying to edit or create a original product. One-Click-Login: Can you confirm such issue on your site? Maybe this might not occur with existing groups, but with nexly created ones. Best regards |

Hi Andreas, I have added a product to your test site and product options are appearing. Have you looked closel at our issues? I can give you access to the back end if this will spead things up - or we could work together online to allow me to show you how things are setup. Barn2 say that only WPML can help us. Hope to hear from you very soon. With thanks, |

My apologies for the misunderstanding. I was expecting that those options add fields to every product in the backend. I can see the fields on Frontend but I am not fully understandig the purpose of those fields on Frontend. When it comes to the labels for such global options you can only get translated with WPML > String Translation. You will first need to scan "WooCommerce Product Options" at WPML > Theme and Plugin Localization. On my test site you can find the strings inside the text domain: woocommerce-product-options-group_1 The translations can be seen here: |

Thank you Andreas, I did not understand what you wanted me to do re ;You will first need to scan "WooCommerce Product Options" at WPML > Theme and Plugin Localization.' I have made most of the necessary string translations, however there are still two issues I see which am unable to resolve. I am attaching the screenshots. 1. Text does not translate and appears as ??????? 2. Dropdown box remains in English (not on all, but some) Also, since the WordPress update (automatic today), Product Options from my Dashboard shows only a blank screen. With thanks, Ioanna |

Hi Andreas, I have just found another issue: The stock level for the 7 tile block in English shows as 8, whereas when one switches to Greek for the same product, stock level shows as 6????? The stock issue should get investigated in a new ticket. I have opened this ticket already and will contact you shortly. --- Regarding issues with "Woocommerce Product Options": I would like to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to the site to investigate the issue further. The required fields are below the comment section when you log in to leave the next reply. The information you provide is private, meaning only you and I can see and access it. IMPORTANT If you cannot see the "wp-admin / FTP" fields, your post and site credentials will be set to "PUBLIC". DO NOT publish the data unless you see the required wp-admin / FTP fields. I may need to install a plugin called "All In One WP Migration" here to create a copy of the site that I can use to investigate the issue further. However, I would also be very grateful if you could provide a staging site or copy of the website from your server for this purpose. If you have any questions about creating such a staging site, you can consult your hosting provider. Please note that WPML must also be registered on this staging site at https://wpml.org/de/account/websites/. If you are not able to provide such a copy of the website for testing, please let me know on this ticket. The private reply form looks like this: The next time you reply, click on "I still need assistance". Video: --- Also please use my provided test site, and try to recreate those issues there. Leave me a comment on this ticket once you are done with this task. |

The login credentials sadly appear not to work. It says that the user is not registered. The private reply form is enabled again. |

I do currently not really see an issue on your examples, apart from the string "Select an option". This might still need to get translated with WPML > String Translation. About the verify equation: If this verify equation is appearing on the original product, then is expected also to appear on the translation. Could you please provide more details about whaty you are expecting and provide an example where to see the issue? |

ISSUES: 1. The equation does not appear on the english version but does appear on the Greek version: 2. Select an Option - I located the string and entered Greek - still unchanged - and if selection not made - see screenshot 3. In the Message box - the text on hover e.g. Message 1 - is not locatable in strings for translation 4. The Instruction at right hand side of dropdown selection box states 'Edit' This is as far as I have got in checking. Thanks, |

Hello, To translate the strings of the plugin you scan the plugin "WooCommerce Product Options" for new strings at WPML > Theme and Plugin Localzation. Then translate the strings at WPML > String Translation. In this case, WPML is not able to locate string like "Please fill out this field." This means the plugin is properly not coded in a way in which WPML would be able to translate the strings. In fact, if I search inside the plugin's code for "Please fill out this field." I do not find such string inside the plugin. I only find "Please fill out this field." This is definitely something were Barn2 would need to take a look into. WPML will only be able to register strings that are registered with a GetText Call in PHP. If the plugin uses a different way to display the string, for example by using JavaScript, then WPML will not be able to translate it. --- Take note, that our Partnership Manager is already trying to contact Barn2 in order to get them to join our partnership program. --- Regarding the second issue with the input validation issue: I am not longer able to log into your website. According to WordPress the password was changed. As requested earlier, please recreate the issue on the following test site so that we can take further steps: One-Click-Login: Leave me a comment on this ticket once you are done with this task. Regarding the cart issue on your last comment, I have opened a new ticket as this seems not to be related to the issue that we are handling on this ticket. I will contact you on this new ticket shortly. Best regards |
