Hello, To translate the strings of the plugin you scan the plugin "WooCommerce Product Options" for new strings at WPML > Theme and Plugin Localzation. Then translate the strings at WPML > String Translation. In this case, WPML is not able to locate string like "Please fill out this field." This means the plugin is properly not coded in a way in which WPML would be able to translate the strings. In fact, if I search inside the plugin's code for "Please fill out this field." I do not find such string inside the plugin. I only find "Please fill out this field." This is definitely something were Barn2 would need to take a look into. WPML will only be able to register strings that are registered with a GetText Call in PHP. If the plugin uses a different way to display the string, for example by using JavaScript, then WPML will not be able to translate it. --- Take note, that our Partnership Manager is already trying to contact Barn2 in order to get them to join our partnership program. --- Regarding the second issue with the input validation issue: I am not longer able to log into your website. According to WordPress the password was changed. As requested earlier, please recreate the issue on the following test site so that we can take further steps: One-Click-Login: Leave me a comment on this ticket once you are done with this task. Regarding the cart issue on your last comment, I have opened a new ticket as this seems not to be related to the issue that we are handling on this ticket. I will contact you on this new ticket shortly. Best regards |

Hello, Please verify the e-mail notification settings in your wpml.org user account. The new ticket for the cart issue is here: --- About the equation issue: Maybe you could ask the Barn2 Support to assist with recreating the equation issue on our sandbox, as I was trying to recreate this issue, but I do not find such option inside the plugin. Neither I found something about this on the Barn2 documentation: Could it be that this equation was a custom code implementation by another developer? I can see this equation currently only on this GReek product, which is an original products that has not been translated yet: |

Barn2 write: From: Barn2 Support <support@barn2.com> Hi, Thank you for the additional information. We're still sorting out the arrangement with WPML with regard to support for translation issues. I apologize for the delay. Once everything is sorted out, we'll get back to you. If you have other concerns at the moment, please let me know. Regards, Avatar of Carl D Carl D ----------------- You ask, NO You write, I do not know what you mean when you write: Can you please force this translation if needs be to resolve this. We are so delayed with our launch owing to all of these issues - that we are losing very important opportunities... and I feel we are in the middle of negotiations between Barn2 and WPML with noone accepting responsibility - WHat to Do?? With thanks |

My apologies for the delay, as I am about to change my work shedule from this week on and will work now from Tuesdays to Saturdays. The reason why this ticket did not proceed, was that we were not yet able to recreate an issue from scratch on a new test site. On this ticket we had run various tests and I could not really confirm any further issues, apart from the equation issue that you mentioned. I can see this equation currently only on this Greek product, which is an original products that has not been translated yet: This means, there is one product on your site, that was created in Greek. This is an original product and it was not yet translated. I tried to find a settings which is responsible for this equation but did not find one. This is why I asked you to try to recreate the issue on a provided test site. At the moment I am not longer able to log in to your site for running further tests. The test site I had created earlier has already expired. If you wish, I can send a new login link to a new test site, but I need you to to cooperate on reacreating any occuring issues. |

Go to WooCommerce > WooCommerce Multilingual & Multi-Currency > Products You will see that there is on original Greek product. This is the product which is using the equation. I have translated this product now and as you can see here, the equation is showing up: What was missing are the two product option fields above this section. To make the fields available, you need to adjust the display condition settings of the Product Options Group. See screenshot. |

Thanks Andreas, That Greek product was there from the time when I added all of the products in Greek - in trying to fix the several issues. I thought I had since deleted them all. So I have in fact now deleted it - but now, only 6 rather than 7 products appear in the Greek version - whereas there remain 7 in the English. How do we restore the Greek translation of the hex tile with image and message? With thanks |

You can translate this product now from English to Greek. Go to WooCommerce > WooCommerce Multilingual & Multi-Currency > Products and create the translation. Further, make sure that your Product Option Groups have all products including their translation set inside the display conditions. |

My apologies, but this seems not to be related to the issue reported on this ticket. Please take note, that we only handle one issue per ticket. If you go to Products > All Products you will see that you have 9 products in each languages. There is one English product called "Donate" which is still saved as "Draft". Could you please clarify which dropdown you refer to? |
