I understand your concerns and want to ensure that we address them promptly and effectively. To assist you better, could you please provide me with a new staging site? This should be a duplicate of the site where you are encountering the issue, allowing me to observe the problem directly. This will enable me to perform a more thorough investigation and, if necessary, escalate the issue further to our developers. 1. I have activated the private fields below so you can securely share the credentials with me. 2. To further debug the issue, I may need to duplicate your site on a local testing environment using a plugin called "Duplicator." Could you please provide your written approval to install this plugin and duplicate your staging site on a local testing environment? Rest assured, once we find a solution, the duplicated site will be deleted. 3. I will also need your approval to enable/disable plugins/themes on the staging environment that you will share with me. Please let me know if that's ok with you. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated, and I am here to ensure we resolve this matter to your satisfaction. Looking forward to your response.
