Problem: The client was experiencing two issues on their WooCommerce website using the Avada theme: 1. The breadcrumbs were showing "Home" instead of "Accueil" on the French side of the website in some categories. 2. The quickview panel was displaying in English (Quick view / Add to cart) instead of French (Ajouter au panier / Aperçu) in some product categories, even when on the French side.
Solution: We recommended the following steps to address the untranslated strings: 1. Navigate to WPML-> Theme and plugins localization, select the theme/plugin, and scan for strings. 2. Go to WPML-> String Translation. 3. Click on the "Translate texts in admin screens »" link. 4. Search for the required strings. 5. Select the strings and click on the "Add to String Translation" button. 6. Return to String Translation and translate the strings. 7. Clear the cache and check the front end.
Additionally, we checked the staging site and found that the issue was not present there. We advised the client to clear their live site's cache and server cache if applicable.

Since a few weeks now, we have a problem with our Woocommerce products on our website (Avada theme).
1 - In the breadcrumbs, even if we are on the French side, in some categories, we see the "Home" link instead the "Accueil" one.
Example: Home/Cartes de voeux/ Carges diverses instead of Accueil/Cartes de voeux....
2- Also in some product categories, the quickview panel appears in English ( Quick view / Add to cart ) instead of in French ( Ajouter au panier / Aperçu ) even if we are on the French side.

I did use the Troubleshooting options in WPML settings, but did not obtain a solution.

Please try the following steps to translate the untranslated strings:

3- Scroll down and click on the "Translate texts in admin screens »" link
4- Search for the needed strings
5- Select the strings
6- Click on the "Add to String Translation" button
7- Then click on the "« Return to String Translation" link
8- Translate the strings, clear the cache, and check the front end
I did follow it, but it doesn't solve the problem, since the strings are already well translated.
The problem is with links that refer sometimes to English, sometimes to French, within the same category, even if you're on the French side all the time.
"Home" instead of "Accueil" in the breadcrumb
"Add to cart / Preview" instead of "Ajouter au panier / Aperçu"
can be translated by the following steps:
1- Go to WPML-> Theme and plugins localization, select your theme/plugin, and scan
2- Go to WPML-> String Translation
3- Scroll down and click on the "Translate texts in admin screens »" link
4- Search for the needed strings
5- Select the strings
6- Click on the "Add to String Translation" button
7- Then click on the "« Return to String Translation" link
8- Translate the strings, clear the cache, and check the front end
If the above steps didn't fix the issue, I would need to look closely at your site, so I would need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated.
