This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client is experiencing an issue with a grid built using WP Grid Builder and ACF on their website. A taxonomy term labeled 'optional', which is a Translation Priority taxonomy term, is showing up under the title of each accommodation post type.
Solution:
We recommend customizing the Gridbuilder query to exclude the 'optional' taxonomy term from displaying on the frontend. This involves adjusting the query to only include the selected taxonomy terms that the client wishes to show.

Please note that the solution provided might be irrelevant if it's outdated or not applicable to the client's specific case. We highly recommend checking the related known issues, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that the latest versions of themes and plugins are installed. I am working on the translation of a grid I built with WP Grid Builder and ACF. Most parts went perfectly but I had some weird bugs that one of your support team members just helped me with.

He worked inside my website for a long time with a login I created for him and most if it was first. Only one more problem occurred and he mentioned that he wasn't able to help me now and that since it's a new bug I have to ask support again with a new ticket for me to help. Seems a bit strange since he was already working on it but ok.

So the problem at the moment is about this grid/filter here: hidden link

You can see in the images for example the first one it's about Villa Diafani Eirini. Under that title are taxonomies that are attached to this accommodation post type. However, it also shows here 'optional'. Which is something that wasn't there before.

The previous guy who helped me a lot with this grid already because of another bug said this is a bug as well and I could ask to get it removed.

Let me know.

Hi,

Thank you for contacting WPML Support. To take a closer look at this issue, please provide temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP Login info) to your site (preferably staging site), so that I can look into your setup and debug the issue.

Your next answer will be private which means only you and I have access to it.

=== Please backup your database and website ===

✙ I would additionally need your permission to deactivate and reactivate Plugins and the Theme and to change configurations on the site. This is also a reason the backup is really important.

Thank you for your cooperation

Thanks for sharing the login details. I’ve noticed that this “optional” string is a Translation Priority taxonomy term which is assigned to each post.

If you don’t want to show it at frontend of your site, you may customize the Gridbuilder query, so that instead of displaying any taxonomy term, you may includes the selected terms which you want to show at frontend.

Please let me know if this resolves your issue or if you need further assistance.

Thank you for your cooperation

I changed the ´card´ within the grid to only show 2 types of taxonomies (area and type of accommodation). Now 'optional' is gone. Thank you.
