Take note, that I took those changes on the clone site as I do not have access to your live site.

On this site it is currently not possible to use the WPML Translation Editor as the migration banner is not working as expected.

Would you like me to adjust the field settings on your live site?

The private reply form is enabled again.

The Product Bundle addon were disabled on your live site. I needed to enable it for testing.

You have to click "Show system fields" to be able to see the fields. Fields that have not been edited yet, will not show up in the settings.

I have adjusted the available fields now.

Please test the translation.

Revising the translated product now, it has the identical settings as its original product. The bundle has items on the translated product.

The issue seems to be, how those items are rendered on Frontend.

I see you are using many Divi Theme Builder Templates. Is there currently a specific template assigned for thisproduct or maybe are you using one template for all products?

If so, please name me the title of the template.

Hello Andreas

Thanks for the prompt answer.

The template is this one "Template Produit avec Longue Description"

Please we do not have any translation issue with the other products on that same template.

Thank you

On your staging site, the bundle options no longer show up after updating all plugins.

Could you please update "Easy Product Bundles Pro for WooCommerce" to the latest available version and verify if the issue persists?

The purpose of this test on your staging is to verify if a third plugin or the child theme is somehow involved in the issue. (Testing in minimal setup)

Hello

We changed the caching plugin to LiteSpeed Cache and we still have this issue. We reached AsanaPlugin (creator of the plugin) and they came back to us with this detailed answer that might help you. See screenshot

We need to test in a minimal setup on your staging site.

Please connect to your staging site.

The site is currently running:
- Divi Parent Theme
- WooCommerce
- Easy Product Bundles for WooCommerce
- Easy Product Bundles PRO for WooCommerce (currently outdated)
- WPML and our Add-ons

Question:

Why am I currently not seeing the product bundle options?

Is there another plugin involved?

Could you please update Easy Product Bundles PRO for WooCommerce on the staging site?

Hello! We are using the real website and not the staging website to do the tests.

We need to use the staging site to run the test.

It is not advisable to disable plugins or switch themes on your production site.

Please do as I instructed. We need to test this in a minimal setup.

I'm sorry, but all instructions so far didn't resolve anything.

There's a plugin on live website called "Check Conflitcs" which allow you, for your IP only, to activate certain plugins and do your testing. Please use that.

We will use the live website.

If you are not comfortable using the live website, tell us what you'd like us to do and we will check and report back.

I want you to check why on the staging site your product bundle options are not showing up.

The Child Theme and all plugins (apart from WPML) are enabled and there are no options:

Why am I currently not seeing the product bundle options?

What we do on support:

1) First of all, we need to know exactly how the element that is having an issue with its translation was created.

2) We need to test the site in a minimal setup to determine the components (theme, plugins, custom code) that are involved in the issue.

3) If the issue is custom code related, we usually can not take responsibility for the issue, but we may offer guidance.

4) We need to confirm if we handle a general compatilbity issue, that could affect many sites. This would mean, an issue that occurs between WPML and a specific plugin or theme.

The Easy Bundle Extension only needed an update, you should see the bundle builder now.

Check Conflict plugin let us see that when we deactivated the LiteSpeed Cache, the English Side was working. We asked Asana, and as per the detailed instruction they give us, it seems that WMPL kinda cache the REST API or something like that.
