This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
The client is unable to translate a post because the translation editor shows a blank page, even after refreshing several times.
Solution:
1. We recommend making a small edit within the Classic HTML Block of the post, such as adding a blank space at the end of the content, and then saving the content again. This action may resolve the issue.
2. If the problem persists, we suggest clearing the browser's cache or trying to access the translation editor using a different browser. Additionally, ensure that you have a stable internet connection.

Please note that the solution provided might be irrelevant if it's outdated or not applicable to your case. If the issue persists, we highly recommend checking the related known issues, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. If you still need help, please do not hesitate to open a new support ticket in the WPML support forum.

I want to translate the post, but when I click it, the translating page show nothing. I waited and refresh several time, still not work.
How to solve it?

Please revise WPML > Support > Installer Support and click "Check now".

I would like to offer to have a closer look at the problem and request temporary access (wp-admin) to the website to investigate this issue further. The FTP-access is not mandatory in this case.

I was able to see the issue in the post "What’s the Difference Between WEDM-LS, WEDM-MS, and WEDM-HS?"

I am sadly not able to tell how it occurred, but after making a small edit inside the Classic HTML Block, like adding a blank space to the end of the content, and then saving the content again, the issue no longer occurs.

Please give this a test and let me know if you need further assistance.

If the issue occurs again, please let me know.

I do not have an issue with opening this translation. See screenshot.

I can open both translations for "Surface Finish With Electrochemical Machining And Polishing" and I also tested various other posts and can no longer see the issue.

Please try clearing the browser's cache or try with another browser and verify that you have a stable internet connection.
