Background of the issue:
I'm trying to access the 'Tool' in the WPML inside my WordPress admin page on the Production environment. Link to a page where the issue can be seen: hidden link

Symptoms:
The tool tab didn't load, and I see the following error message: "There is a problem connecting to automatic translation. Please check your internet connection and try again in a few minutes. If you continue to see this message, please contact our support team."

Questions:
Why can't I access the 'Tool' tab in WPML?
How can I resolve the error message about connecting to automatic translation?

Hi,

Can you please check if this issue appears when:

- only WPML plugins are activated, as it will tell us if there is an interaction issue with other plugin
- theme is set to a WordPress default like Twenty Twenty as it will tell us if there is an interaction issue with your theme
