[Closed] Cannot assign myself for translation and I cannot edit a page from WPML > Translations

All of a sudden, I cannot assign myself as a translator. The system says" To assign a translator, you must first add English translators to the site.
Add English translators and click check again or select a different translation option."

I try to add myself, but my username will not show up.

Also if I go to WPML > Translations and try to edit a page, I cannot assign that page to myself as well.
