Problem:
The client was unable to translate the "Shop" page or have it appear in the Menu sync.
Solution:
We suspected that the original "Shop" page might have been corrupted. We recommended the client to create a new shop page and check if it works correctly in both languages and with the Menu sync feature.

If you're experiencing a similar issue with translating your "Shop" page or having it appear in the Menu sync, we recommend you try creating a new shop page and testing it in different languages and with the Menu sync.

Please note that this solution might be irrelevant if it's outdated or not applicable to your case. If the issue persists, we highly recommend checking related known issues, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. Tell us what you are trying to do?
- I can translate other normal pages, but when for "Shop" page it doesn't work or appear in the Menu sync

Is there any documentation that you are following?
- Yes, I try to translate product, tag, categories. Clear cache

Is there a similar example that we can see?

I would need to look closely at your site, so I would need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP)
Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated.

Your answer will be private, meaning only you and I can access it.

❌ Please backup your database and website ❌

✙ I need your permission to deactivate and reactivate the plugins and themes and change site configurations. This is also why the backup is critical.

✙ I also need your permission to take a local copy of your site to debug the issue without affecting your live site.

Thanks for the access details. I think your old shop page was corrupted because when creating a new shop page, it worked as expected.

Please check if the new shop page works correctly in both languages and while using many Sync.
