Cannot register my website on the WPML plugin

This is the technical support forum for WPML - the multilingual WordPress plugin.

Everyone can read, but only WPML clients can post here. WPML team is replying on the forum 6 days per week, 22 hours per day.

adminO-2	Background of the issue: I am trying to register my website on the WPML plugin. The issue can be seen at the following link: hidden link. Symptoms: I expected the plugin to be registered, but instead, I received a message stating: 'You are using an unregistered version of WPML and are not receiving compatibility and security updates. Register now.' Questions: How can I successfully register my website on WPML? Why am I receiving a message about using an unregistered version of WPML?

It seems that this website was first registered by another WPML user, using same email as your web address, username raiya. Please first remove it from that user, and then you can register it under your WPML account. Regards, Drazen

adminO-2	Hello Drazen, Thanks for your support, Yes, it seems because the website was registered in two accounts, one of them has expired. I have removed it from the old account, and it works.
