Can't access theme and plugin localisation

ahmedH-37	Background of the issue: I am trying to access the theme and plugin localization page, but I'm getting an error. We received an email with error details indicating an issue in the file /home/customer/www/staging2.conseilsretraite.ca/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wpml-string-translation/classes/translations-file-scan/wpml-st-translations-file-registration.php at line 100. Symptoms: There has been a critical error on this website. Error message: Uncaught ValueError: Unknown format specifier "t" in the specified file. Questions: How can I resolve the critical error when accessing theme and plugin localization? What does the error message 'Unknown format specifier "t"' mean?

Means, the string was not translated as it should be. Please see this example: https://wpml.org/errata/php-8-php-fatal-error-uncaught-valueerror-unknown-format-specifier-in/ If you need me to take a look into this as admin, please let me know.
