Background of the issue:
I am trying to authenticate the Translation Service: Wordbee Beebox using credentials from my translation vendor. A copy of this site is LIVE; only the translation is still under development. The issue can be seen at: hidden link.

Symptoms:
I encountered 'Error (11) An error occurred while trying to access Translation Service. Please check Translation Proxy logs.' I expected successful authentication but got failed instead.

Questions:
Where can I find the Translation Proxy logs?
Why is the authentication of the Translation Service failing despite using the correct credentials?

Hello,

This is Ahmed Mamdouh from the translation proxy team.

If you are completely sure that the credentials are correct, there is a very important note that you need to take care of.

Beebox will not run any operations as long as you are logged in. For this reason, please log out of the Beebox system and try again to authenticate through WPML.

Let me know if you need any other help.

Best Regards,
Ahmed Mamdouh.

Hi, Ahmed:
I'm not sure what you mean. I don't have a BeeBox account. This is my first time authenticating, using credentials from my translation vendor, Argo Translation. Are they the ones who need to log out?
Thanks for clarifying.
Karen

Hello Karen,

Sorry for not being clear in my last comment.

I investigated the issue deeply, and I found that the issue is coming from Wordbee API, so please contact them to solve this issue as the issue is coming from their end.

Best regards,
Ahmed Mamdouh.

I received this mesage from our translation vendor. They have not been able to establish a stable connection for my website:

In our troubleshooting with Wordbee Beebox, when authenticating via the API, we can see that WPML connects but then disconnects, and tries to connect again but the token is then considered invalid/expired and causes the credentials to not work. Those logs are attached for reference. I’m unable to respond in the WPML Support ticket -- are you able to add this to the ticket and see what they say? They can also reach out to me directly.

Thanks for your help.

Best,
