Hello, This is Ahmed Mamdouh from the translation proxy team. If you are completely sure that the credentials are correct, there is a very important note that you need to take care of. Beebox will not run any operations as long as you are logged in. For this reason, please log out of the Beebox system and try again to authenticate through WPML. I received this mesage from our translation vendor. They have not been able to establish a stable connection for my website: In our troubleshooting with Wordbee Beebox, when authenticating via the API, we can see that WPML connects but then disconnects, and tries to connect again but the token is then considered invalid/expired and causes the credentials to not work. Those logs are attached for reference. I’m unable to respond in the WPML Support ticket -- are you able to add this to the ticket and see what they say? They can also reach out to me directly.
