[Closed] Cant enable pay as you go

Background of the issue:
I am trying to enable pay as you go on my site hidden link, but everything in the tool tab is visualized in code. When I press the pay as you go activate button, I only see text like: pay_as_you_go.signup_box_heading_less2k, pay_as_you_go.signup_box_info_less2k, pay_as_you_go.visit_wpml_buy_prepaid_packages.title, pay_as_you_go.visit_wpml_buy_prepaid_packages.text, pay_as_you_go.benefits.benefit1, pay_as_you_go.benefits.benefit2, pay_as_you_go.benefits.benefit3, pay_as_you_go.pay_as_you_go_cost_calculator, quota.cant_see_payment_form.error_caught, quota.cant_see_payment_form.error_caught_btn. I can't upgrade this way.

Symptoms:
The tool tab displays code instead of the expected interface when trying to enable pay as you go.

Questions:
Why is the tool tab displaying code instead of the expected interface?
How can I enable pay as you go on my site?

Thanks for contacting us.

While you wait for my colleague to take over the ticket, let me try to help you with the issue quickly.

1) Go to Plugins > Add New > Commercial > Click “Check for updated" and update WPML plugins to latest versions.

Please make sure to create a backup, before doing any actions, just in case.

2) If you still have issue after update, it could be that some of your browser addon or plugin is causing issue. Please try with another browser / device.

I updated the plug-ins and now there is a WPML menu item underneath WPML in the WP menu.

The url is wp-admin/tm/menu/main.php

However I get redirected to a 404 error page on the front-end so now I can't access the tools anymore.

Before this, the url was : domain/wp-admin/admin.php?page=tm/menu/main.php

But not that page says: Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.

Please go to your user profile and click on "edit", while in the profile scroll to the bottom and share a screenshot with me of the 'capabilities' your user has assigned.

It looks like some capabilities might be missing.

I would like to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site to test the issue.
(preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible)

**Before we proceed It is necessary to take FULL BACKUP of your database and your website. Providing us with access, you agree that a backup has been taken **

I often use the Duplicator plugin for this purpose: http://wordpress.org/plugins/duplicator/
You will find the needed fields for this below the comment area when you log in to leave your next reply.
The information you enter is private which means only you and I have access to it.

NOTE: If access to the live site is not possible and the staging site does not exist please provide me with a duplicator package created with the duplicator plugin.
