Caption in translated media gallery isn't fully displayed.

For images, even if the field is set to copy, it will look for it's translations, this is how it works with images. I am not totally sure how you are passing the values to the acf like acf attachment values so if you can provide me more info that would be helpful, you can also use https://wpml.org/wpml-hook/wpml_object_id/ hook and change the id to the default language so it loads the images from the default language. For images, even if the field is set to copy, it will look for it's translations, this is how it works with images.

I am not totally sure how you are passing the values to the acf like acf attachment values so if you can provide me more info that would be helpful, you can also use https://wpml.org/wpml-hook/wpml_object_id/ hook and change the id to the default language so it loads the images from the default language.
