Background of the issue:
I am trying to sync the cart between the IT and EN versions of my site. When I add a product to the cart in the IT version and then go to the cart in the EN version, the cart values should be the same. Here is the link to a page where the issue can be seen: hidden link

Symptoms:
The cart is not syncing between the IT and EN versions. When I add a product to the cart in one language, it does not appear in the cart of the other language.

Questions:
Why is the cart not syncing between the IT and EN versions?
How can I ensure that the cart values are the same in both language versions?

Thanks for reaching out and explaining the issue. I understand how important it is for your customers to have a seamless experience across languages.

It seems like the cart contents aren't carrying over between the different language versions, which is definitely not ideal. Could you confirm if this happens with all products or just specific ones?

Also, can you please take a look at the recommendations in this existing ticket and see they help in any way?
