I will update you here when I have more information. It is a new feature of the plugin GDPR Cookie Consent so meanwhile, you can contact their support and ask them if they are aware of this issue. Long Nguyen WPML Supporter since 02/2022 Languages: English (English ) Vietnamese (Vietnamese ) Timezone: Asia/Ho_Chi_Minh (GMT+07:00)	Hi, While we are waiting for the plugin author's feedback, our 2nd tier support found a workaround to translate the cookie consent message to a custom language on the sandbox site. Please follow steps below: 1. Go to WPML > String Translation > Translate texts in admin screens. 2. Look for the "[wcc_banner_template_gdpr-1][en]html" string > Add it to String translation. 3. Go back to WPML > String Translation and translate the text in HTML string to the custom language. mickd-3	Hi Team, But this is working only for the default text that plugin had... if i add any custom texts, i could not translate that... it is not showing in String translation...

If you still cannot find the option name to translate the string, I would like to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site to take a better look at the issue.
