Changing the language to Arabic in dashboard, changes the whole WordPress language

Would you please check the website below? hidden link See how when you switch to Arabic the language of the website does not change? So the default behavior of WPML is what you actually want. Now we need to see why this is happening on your website. After finishing the updates as mentioned in the chat please follow the steps below: - IMPORTANT STEP! Create a backup of your website. Or better approach will be to test this on a copy/staging version of the website to avoid any disruption of a live website. - Switch to the default theme such as "TwentyTwenty" by going to "WordPress Dashboard > Appearance > themes". - Go to "WordPress Dashboard > Plugins" and deactivate all plugins exceptWoocommerce, WPML Multilingual CMS, WPML String Translation and Woocommerce Multilingual and Multicurrency. - Check if you can still recreate the issue. - If not, re-activate your plugins one by one and check the issue each time to find out the plugin that causes the problem. saqibA-3	Hi Team, We have tried to install the otgs-installer-plugin.3.1.1 on my server and can't activate the plug-in.
