Hi Otto,

Thank you for your help.

However, I still see that my available credits remain at 0, and I don’t see any new credits added to my account.
May I ask which WPML account you added the credits to?

Attached is a screenshot from my dashboard showing the available credits.

Please help me confirm if the credits were added to the correct account (lic-2)

Hello,

lic-2 is not the user that registered the site hidden link. It's registered under the account of samn-9 (mkt@uprtek.com). That's the account I assigned the credits to.

Regarding the translation of:

please, make a small change in the original content and then open the translation in the editor again.
