Background of the issue:
I already spent multiple credits to translate the same post. We use WP+Enfold theme. All other posts worked fine.

Symptoms:
When I click 'complete translation', the changes do not appear on the front end or on the WP dashboard (french version of original post in english). There are no error logs in the Support Tab of plugin settings.

Questions:
Why do the changes not appear on the front end or WP dashboard after clicking 'complete translation'?
How can I resolve the issue of translations not appearing despite spending multiple credits?

Hi Luca,

Thank you for contacting WPML support, I’m happy to help you with this issue.

Maybe the translation job is in progress so the new changes are not available in the translation editor. After completing the translation, I suggest you make some changes to the post (title, content) > Update > Update the translation and see if it helps.

It didn't work out. I tried to do it several time. The changes done in WP dashboard are being saved, but the translation from WPML are not being pulled

Please let me know the post that you are having the issue. Then I would like to request temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to your site to take a better look at this. Your next reply is set to private to share the info.

❌ IMPORTANT: Please backup your database and website before proceeding ❌
You can use this plugin to create the backup: https://wordpress.org/plugins/duplicator/
✙ I would need your permission to de-activate and re-activate Plugins and the Theme to change configurations on the site if needed. This is also a reason the backup is critical.
